Recipe: Crispy Fried Catfish with Tangy Homemade Slaw


Ingredients


For the Fried Catfish:


  • 4 fresh catfish fillets

  • 1 cup cornmeal

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
