It’s a West Texas twist on a classic favorite—sweet, refreshing strawberries blended with lime, mint, and a kick of jalapeño to keep things exciting.

🍓 Spicy Strawberry Agua Fresca

Ingredients (Serves 4–6):

1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled
1 small jalapeño, seeds removed (use half for mild heat)
Juice of 2 limes
3 tbsp honey or agave
3 cups cold water
Handful of fresh mint leaves
Pinch of sea salt
Ice for serving

🧊 Instructions:

Blend It Up – Add strawbSheerries, jalapeño, lime juice, honey/agave, mint, salt, and water to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Strain (Optional) – For a smoother texture, strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
Chill & Serve – Pour over ice, garnish with a slice of strawberry, lime wheel, or sprig of mint, and enjoy that sweet-heat sparkle!
